We hope that many of your questions are answered here, should you have something a little more unusual though then be sure to e-mail us and we will get back to you.

Q. How do I get my device to you?
A. Before you send your device you must purchase a service, once purchased you should post your device out using a tracked & insured service. You can also arrange to drop off your device at our workshop, just tell us when you order and we will arrange for someone to be present.

Q. How long can I expect my repair to take?
A. Micro Soldering repairs can take 1-2 weeks at the moment, all other repairs are completed on a next day basis.

Q. How is my device returned to me?
A. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for our UK returns and Royal Mail International Priority AirMail Tracked & Signed For.

Q. What if I am not in the UK?
A. We accept international repairs, when you purchase the service you will be expected to post the item to us using a tracked and insured service, we are unable to arrange for international collections, returns will be handled the same as UK returns, by a tracked & insured courier.

Q. If my device can not be fixed how much does it cost?
A. If your device can not be fixed then the only fee we take is postage, this means your refund will normally be minus £10 for the tracked & insured postage costs incurred.

Q. Is there anything else to pay once I have purchased my service?
A. Sometimes the fault is not the same as the service you have purchased, if this is the case you will be given the option of paying more or having your device returned. This also works the other way round too, if you pay too much we will also refund you any discount you may get.

Q. Do you fix prior repair attempts?
A. We do fix them however our success rate is lower and there is a £40 surcharge in some circumstances where the previous engineer has caused damage that we need to fix first.

Q. What if I need more parts than those supplied as part of my repair service?
A. If you need extra parts to complete you repair we will e-mail you and ask for permission to add them to your bill.

Q. I haven't paid my bill, why are you keeping my phone?
A. If you agree to the repair and do not pay your bill after it has been repaired then we will withhold your device until you have paid in full.

Q. Can you repair other things?
A. Yes we can repair many other gadgets and devices, just send us an e-mail over and we will quote you a price and collect your item.

Q. Can I buy the parts from you and do the repair myself?
A. We do sell some parts for DIY repair however they are sold as is without warranty as you may damage them and then subsequently blame us for your botched repair, you really should leave the repairs to us, we are highly skilled and can ensure your phone is in the best hands.

Q. Can I keep a track of my repair online?
A. Yes, we are fully transparent with our repairs, once you have purchased a service you will get a ticket, we update this ticket regularly with details and progress of your repair., if you ever want an update then just reply to the ticket asking for an update.
